Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Kaleidoscope Transformation Collective. I deeply value the energy and intention you bring to this work. To support a smooth, respectful experience for both of us, please review the details of my Booking & Cancellation Policy online. This is only a summary. Booking: All sessions must be booked through the online calendar. Please choose a time when you can be fully present, uninterrupted, and grounded. Full payment is due at booking unless you are enrolled in a prepaid package or have a coaching agreement in place. Time Zones: Your session time will display in your local time zone when booking. Please double-check the confirmation email or calendar invite to ensure accuracy. If you're traveling or in a different time zone, it is your responsibility to verify the correct time. Session Timing: Sessions begin and end promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, we will still end on time to honor the full day’s schedule. Please plan ahead to create a calm, focused space for our work together. Late Arrival Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your session without prior communication, the session is considered a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled. If you are running late, please reach out as soon as possible. Rescheduling & Cancellations: You may reschedule or cancel your session with at least 24 hours’ notice using the booking system. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for refund or reschedule unless due to an emergency. One courtesy reschedule may be offered within the 24-hour window, based on availability and at my discretion. No-Shows: Missed sessions without notice are considered no-shows and will not be refunded or rescheduled. Repeated no-shows may result in termination of services. Packages & Expiration: Prepaid sessions and packages are valid from the date of purchase according to the terms outlined in the package agreement. It is your responsibility to book your sessions within the specified timeframe. Refunds: Due to the nature of this deep, transformational work, all sales are final and non-refundable. Emergencies: If you’re experiencing a true emergency (health or family-related), please reach out as soon as possible. I’ll always do my best to respond with care while maintaining the integrity of this work. Thank you for honoring the container we’ve created.
